Return Policy
The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all the directions in the Return Process outlined above. Please returne to Jetunitparts.com within 45 days of receipt.
Due to its own reasons, the customer must bear the refund processing fee and return logistics fee.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Pack the items carefully, including all labels, bags and manuals. Please make sure not to write or damage the manufacturer's packaging material as this will make the product impossible to return.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If you receive a damaged package, save the box and all packaging material and call us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Exchange items
We don't provide Exchange items. Please return the original item and order a new one.
International Returns
Special conditions apply to return trips outside the U.S. mainland, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international returns
For International returns, please email us support@jetunitparts.com for exceptions. The cost to ship an international return item will be at the expense of Boats.net when we made an error, otherwise, shipping is not covered. To ensure the best return experience, when shipping returns to us be sure to use a reputable carrier and insure the package for its full value. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment .
After receiving and checking your returned items, you will be informed by email.
Please allow three (5-7) business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.

Closeouts
Closeout, discontinued, vintage, and special order items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or returned.

- After receiving your package, we will check your returned items to ensure that they meet the criteria. If the goods and packaging are in resale status, we will process your refund according to the original payment method.
